Saesha provides an ecommerce fashion retail platform service which enables users to purchase original merchandise such as clothing and accessories from various fashion retailers. The products can be purchased through the platform through various methods of payments offered. In addition, these Terms of Use may be further supplemented by Product specific conditions, which may be displayed with that Product.

Saesha does not warrant that Product description or other content on the Platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free and assumes no liability in this regard.

In case of any dispute  jurisdiction of Gorakhpur (U.P.) Court only would be applicable by (Director), Saesha.

In any case of issues , users can contact us via mail and will receive a response as soon as possible.

We charge Rs 50 per product ordered as a shipping charge for India and Rs 500 for international shipping.
